Thanks to the new, fresh design and significantly improved ease of use, we have succeeded in significantly increasing the acceptance of our process portal.

The BPM portal is the presentation interface for content modeled in Aeneis. It is the point of contact for your employees for all questions relating to processes and the company. Publish model content in an attractive and rights-controlled manner in the BPM portal. Design and layout are flexibly adapted to customer requirements. The Aeneis BPM portal is licensed according to company size. Numerous additional components are available for expansion.
SmartEdit is a function in the Aeneis BPM portal. It allows you to edit and create model content via the browser without using a modeling client.
The Bürkert BPM portal combines modern flat design with maximum usability and user guidance
Bürkert uses the flexibility of the Aeneis BPM portal to perfectly adapt the design of the intranet presence to the company's own corporate design. The portal design, including the icon set used, was designed in a modern flat look. The start page has been expanded to include large buttons, which give users central access points to the most important topics. The context navigation with central control elements has been moved to the right in order to save space in height and to accommodate more content on the screen. Portal visitors can now, for example, manage their favorites with just one click via the context bar.
As part of the portal redesign, Bürkert used Aeneis' ability to search the existing data model using complex evaluations. With just a few clicks, new, central tabular evaluations were created, which search a business process through all levels and output the roles used in it. Not only are the roles in the processes shown, but also an overview of the process goals of all business processes, with the option of editing them directly via the portal.
Bürkert employees who visit the process portal can now be provided with up-to-date news using the news component. The news is presented to portal visitors centrally on the homepage. Administrators and editors can create, edit, or delete messages directly via the BPM portal.
Through SmartEdit, the editing function of the Aeneis BPM portal, Bürkert employees can also be actively involved in designing their work processes in the future. Because this allows them to easily and intuitively edit the content via browser even without an Aeneis client. There is no training cost for this. The authorizations for this can be set using fine-grained rights management.
Modelers also no longer have to start the Aeneis client for data maintenance operations, but can make these changes more intuitively and much faster directly in the BPM portal.
