ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH was able to successfully implement the Aeneis BPM software in just six months. Despite some challenges, such as the integration of various management systems, Aeneis was established as a central platform. Through an effective communication strategy and continuous development, Aeneis became a central component of the integrated management system, which contributed to an increase in efficiency and the quality of processes.

By introducing the Aeneis BPM software, PMS Elektro- und Automationstechnik (electrical and automation technology) was able to create a uniform corporate identity, clearly assign responsibilities and efficiently meet compliance requirements as well as ISO standards and customer requirements.

Due to strong growth in recent years and the additional challenges posed by globalization, digitization and different legal requirements in the individual countries, Ottobock began looking for suitable process management software in 2018. From this evaluation, Aeneis emerged as the best solution.

In a pilot project, REWE Group is launching a completely new form of preparation of specifications for IT projects. The aim is to replace Microsoft Word as a documentation tool. In future, specifications, including all text chapters and process diagrams, can be created via the Aeneis BPM portal in order to increase data quality and ensure that the IT solutions to be developed are process oriented right from the start.

The Aeneis BPM suite is Kroschke's central platform for process-based risk management of all QM, information security and data protection risks, because it integrates ISO 27001:2013 into the existing QM system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and also includes the requirements for risk assessment of processes from a data protection perspective. This individual Kroschke solution with Aeneis is called “GECKO” by employees.

The Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Westfalen-Lippe (Westphalia-Lippe Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians) uses the basic functionalities of Aeneis to provide managers at every hierarchical level with consolidated information about the risk potential of their processes in terms of “reputation,” “efficiency and quality,” and “compliance.” In conjunction with an individually tailored CIP workflow, risks can not only be identified, analyzed and assessed via so-called risk control points, but necessary improvements can also be initiated with associated measures and their effectiveness monitored.

Döhler uses the Aeneis BPM portal with its web-based modeling components SmartEdit, SmartModel and WebModeller. Aeneis enables Döhler to make processes in the company transparent and to link them to the appropriate process information such as key figures, quality and efficiency drivers, etc., and to make them measurable. Employees can search for processes or control the processes from the process map.

Gunvor Raffinerie Ingolstadt GmbH uses the Aeneis features SmartEdit and SmartModel to transform the BPM portal from a pure presentation interface to an interactive employee portal. The modeling of processes and the maintenance of all master data can now be carried out entirely via the BPM portal. Monitoring and compliance can also be supported interactively via the portal in the future.

Christian Bürkert GmbH & Co. KG relaunches the internal Aeneis process portal. Bürkert uses the new portal technology from Aeneis. The intranet portal now has a new, fresh look and at the same time offers a host of new options. Interactivity and usability are now paramount.
